Rose Sparrow is a purpose-driven Designer based in Boston, MA, specializing in Performance and Lifestyle Design with a focus on Concept and Color for Footwear and Apparel.

Now approaching her second year on the Lifestyle Design team at New Balance, Rose brings a multidisciplinary background spanning product strategy, design, and activation. Previously at MCGARRY&son’s, she worked across brand and product ecosystems, collaborating with industry leaders including Hoka and Cotopaxi, and partnering directly with startup founders such as Moolah Kicks, RAD Global, Endeavor, and Kane Footwear.

Her process bridges hands-on craftsmanship and digital precision—developing physical mock-ups and samples to inform concept, refine color narratives, and accelerate product development.
